The Scent to match my Sartorial style

I am sure you would have heard the saying “you are never fully dressed without perfume!” by C. JoyBell C. If indeed this is the first of hearing it then you can thank me later. A very apt saying I would say. That’s why I instantly fell in love with Sartorial by Penhaligon’s London, the perfume that can actually match my looks and style.

I want you to imagine bespoke tailoring, Savile row, leather, and some lavender and tell me what you come up with, in your mind. Found anything yet? Well, fret no more as I present to you the fragrance that was specifically made to match the dapper look for men.

Sartorial is an unapologetic and bold fragrance that contains headnotes such as Ozonic Effect, Metallic Effect, Violet Leaf, Neroli, Cardamom, Black Pepper, Fresh Ginger. Its heart notes are Beeswax, Cyclamen, Linden Blossom, Lavender, Leather, and base note Gurgum Wood, Myrrh, Cedarwood, Tonka Bean, Oakmoss, Honey Effect, Old Wood Effect.

Does this sound complex to you? Well, it probably is if you are someone who is used to simple fresh notes in perfumes. It’s a masculine fragrance for the modern man who wants to be noticed for all the right reasons when he enters a room and wants to be remembered after they have left. Sartorial by Penhaligon’s London is perfume as an evening fragrance.

Love your skin, love Elemis | Cuts for Him review

Coming off the back of my last grooming post, I feel like I am on a roll here. However, I must admit to bringing you this article way later than anticipated.

So back in early October, I had the privilege of being treated to a facial at Elemis’s in-store exchange at John Lewis, Oxford street. Honestly, I have never been so excited about my skin after I got the treatment in a very long time. Within a matter of minutes, I saw my skin being transformed completely. Ok if I sound as if I am completely sold on this product. Having said all that, you must be wondering why it took me this long to Continue reading Love your skin, love Elemis | Cuts for Him review

Paradise rediscovered in Duchamp shirts | Cuts for Him

So Spring Summer 2019 is in full bloom and the weather has been fantastic with the exception of a couple days here and there that has brought back some chills. However, I reckon if we survived cold winter days of minus 3 degrees then we can definitely survive a few chilly but brighter days.

For me personally, I have nothing to complain about as I came back from one of the best holiday ever, recently. I went to Freetown, Sierra Leone and I loved every minute of my 15 days out there.

If you follow me on Instagram then you would have noticed some of the things I have been up to as I lived on my stories. Honestly, there was very little that was not instagramable. From the beautiful beaches, to the tasty and healthy food, it was truly paradise.

To top it all off, I had the pleasure of packing my suitcase with some of the freshest shirts from Duchamp for their SS19 collection. Duchamp is one of my favourite British brands for the simple fact that they take pride and care in making their garments. From the fabric to the patterns, all their shirts tell a story of craftsmanship. Their accessories also rate very high on my list.

Wellman for an active lifestyle | Vitabiotics + Cuts for Him

First of all, let me apologise for going awal on you guys. It has been nonstop on my side hence the little break in regular articles. I mean where do I start. From running from one fashion show to another to putting together my yearly Fashion Industry Insider’s event. But I count it all as blessings as the past couple of months have been productive.

The month of June was easily my busiest month of the year so far with back to back shoots, back to back fashion shows from London Fashion Week to Milan Fashion week via Florence (Pitti). I came back to London to a very hectic schedule which has no signs of slowing down. I mean how did I do it you may ask. At some point, I thought had the strength of Superman. Only if that were true eh.

One thing I know for sure is that I have had a lot of help from my Vitabiotics Wellman range
